Rising from the ashes of the Glasgow School of Art fire is this inspirational, signed, limited edition fine art giclee print by Common Weal’s resident artist Lorna Miller. Turning tragedy into triumph it is a beautiful tribute to the pioneering spirit of the world famous artist and architect Charles Rennie Mackintosh in his centenary year.
The dip pen and ink drawing with digital colour carefully recreates every detail of Mackintosh’s unique design in striking silhouette. Each of these numbered and signed limited edition pieces are printed in Glasgow on good quality museum paper that is slightly textured using archival, lightfast inks. This will ensure the artwork will last a lifetime. The A4 print is supplied unframed and will fit a standard off the peg frame or mount. It comes with a stiff cardboard backing and protective cellophane wrapping. It will make an exquisite and unique fine art gift.
Your print will be carefully wrapped and packaged to withstand transit and we will ship it flat and as a small parcel to avoid damage from rolling or bending.
